Position Summary:
The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. The role improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. This part‑time position works a schedule of various hours and various days.
Position Requirements :- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 200 lbs. (with assistance)
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
- 100% agency‑paid medical, dental and vision insurance premiums
