Emphasis is placed on leading with empathy, modeling healthy boundaries, and creating space for open conversations around mental health.
Objectives- Recognize the signs of stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue in themselves and their team.
- Learn practical stress management and self-care strategies.
- Foster a supportive work culture that prioritizes mental health, encourages open dialogue, and builds team resilience.
