• Be between 21 and 36 years old
• Have given birth to at least one healthy child with no complications
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)

We offer generous base compensation for our surrogates with up to $10,000 in additional bonuses. While you are helping a family in need, you can also bless your family with financial freedom. Our surrogates have used their compensation for things like buying a house, paying off debts, paying for school, and investing in their children’s futures.

Each surrogate is assigned a designated case manager who is available 24/7 for whatever you need! We cannot help families in need without our hero surrogates. As you take care of the baby, we are here to take care of you because you deserve it!

Our team members have training in all areas of fertility care. From working in clinics across the state to being surrogates themselves, we have collective experience in every corner of this industry.

The case manager will attend milestone appointments, support you during labor and delivery, and provide whatever additional attention you need along the way. Your case manager will ensure you receive all compensation you are entitled to by processing timely payments and reimbursing all allowable out-of-pocket expenses.

We ensure every surrogate feels informed, respected, and valued-from matching to delivery. Our case managers build close relationships with you to provide personalized support, advocate for your needs, and spoil you a little along the way!
