Join BAYADA Habilitation and Make a Difference in Your Community! BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers — Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential.

We are PART-TIME with scheduling flexibility through various shift locations and times throughout Erie, PA. The majority of our hours are weekday, day shifts.

Potential Locations: Waterford, Edinboro, and other communities throughout Erie County.

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Support the client’s goals towards independence in the home and community
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization

• Competitive pay rates of $18.50+ per hour with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times — opportunities within about 30 minutes near your home

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community activities
