Residential Program Worker Floater

Arc Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professional
Floater to join our team. The candidate will be floating to multiple homes in the area. The position offers $18 per hour with a sign-on bonus available.(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..org

• This position ensures the health and safety of program participants by providing varying levels of personal care within a community home setting, including cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, dispensing medications, supporting goals, and accurate documentation of care.
• Assist in the development of independent living skills, behavior strategies, self-advocacy, and prepare participants to become more independent in their homes and communities.
• Be flexible and willing to go to a variety of homes in the region.

• Experience helpful, but not necessary — PAID training provided
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
