Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – $2500k Sign-On Bonus Included!

Alpine Springs Rehabilitation and Recovery is a drug and alcohol recovery center located in Jamestown (Withdrawal Management/ Detox) and Linesville (Clinically Managed residential), PA that offers individualized treatment using evidence-based practices to those struggling with addiction to leave our facility with the coping skills and knowledge to live a better, healthier lifestyle. To meet the needs of our clients, our treatment facility is open 24/7.

Position’s

Scope

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides chemical dependency clinical services of Alpine Springs Linesville, LLC to clients and their families consistent with the Alpine Springs Linesville, LLC policies procedures, the PA Health Department and CARF standards.

Responsibilities
  • Document a complete assessment, individual treatment plan, progress notes, transition plan and discharge summary for each client according to Alpine Springs Linesville, LLC policies and procedures, the PA Department of Health Drug & Alcohol Licensing laws and regulations and the CARF standards.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients.
  • Provide chemical dependency family counseling services and education to clients and family members.
  • Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities including client complaints, incident reporting and audits.
  • Participates in the implementation and maintenance of the CARF standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
  • Ability to conduct the twelve core functions of a counselor.
  • Skilled in individual and family counseling and facilitate groups.
  • Ability to complete an initial and ongoing assessment of clients.
  • Ability to develop a measurable treatment plan.
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and keep accurate records with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation – progress notes, Bio Psycho Soc , D/C summary, Continuing Care Plan, etc.
  • Knowledge of Electronica Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week).

Pay:
Competitive salary; DOE.

Location and Weekly

Schedule:

Depending on the needs of the business, the following weekly schedule is available:

  • Generally, this position involves day shift hours and is responsible for working at both our Greenville and Linesville facility locations (split).
  • Alpine Springs operates 24 hours per day and 7 days per week schedule. Employees are assigned shifts to accommodate these hours. All employees are expected to be flexible and understand that they may be asked to work different shifts/ at different site locations to aid in covering the hours of the company;
    Alpine Springs has a facility located in Linesville, PA (Clinically Managed residential) and Greenville, PA (Withdrawal Management/Detox).
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college/program.
  • Current/Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Previous work history as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a plus.
  • Minimum one year experience delivering substance abuse treatment services.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation – progress notes, Bio Psycho Soc , D/C summary, Continuing Care Plan, etc.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.
  • Knowledge of Department of Drug and Alcohol regulations and Insurance Policies
  • Knowledge of Utilization Reviews.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification (preferred but will train).
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, etc.).
