• Location: Tobyhanna, PA 18466 (Pocono Mountains)
• Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/12/2026 – End: 4/13/2026)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM); mix of 3 day shifts and 2 evening shifts (evening shift ends by 7:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
• Charting System: EPIC EMR
• Scrubs: Pewter polo top with black or navy khakis
• Average Weekly Census: 50 patients
• Floating: May float to East Stroudsburg Rehab as needed
• No weekends or holiday shifts
• No on-call requirement
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2120 - $2180

• Active Pennsylvania or compact state Physical Therapist license (required)
• BLS and CPR certifications (required)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience (3 years preferred)
• Previous charge experience (required)
• Experience with EPIC charting system (preferred)
• Strong outpatient orthopedic skills (required); neuro and hand therapy experience preferred
• Ability to float to nearby facilities as needed
• First-time travel PTs accepted with appropriate experience
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered); COVID-19 vaccine not required

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for orthopedic, neurological, and other conditions
• Utilize manual therapy, modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound), and exercise prescription
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Participate in discharge planning and patient reassessments
• Maintain a safe, supportive clinical environment
• Float to East Stroudsburg Rehab as needed
