Overview
Clinton Manor Living Center is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. Clinton Manor is partially an ICF/DD home for individuals with developmental disabilities that also have high medical needs. A DSP supports the residents in their everyday living skills such as bathing, dressing, feeding, restroom assistance and social activities. DSP work will be considered for C.N.A's to keep certification active.
We're growing our Direct Support Professional Team! Clinton Manor is looking for skilled DSPs who are thorough with their tasks to ensure excellent person-centered care is provided to the individuals we support. Not yet DSP certified? You can apply for our Direct Support Professional Career Training Program.
- Provide daily living support to residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, restroom assistance, and social activities).
- Ensure person-centered care and maintain high standards of safety and quality of care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet residents needs and support transition to independence.
- Direct Support Professional experience or willingness to pursue DSP role; not yet certified? Eligible for our Career Training Program.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and handle high medical needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work shifts; example provided: FT or PT 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm with every other weekend.

Salary
: $17.50-$24.50 per hour based on experience. Bonuses given for picking up extra shifts.
