We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/CNA to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful 9-year-old male child in the Yukon area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

• Monday - Friday: 9:15 AM - 3:00 PM

• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans

• Supervise for safety

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience

• Pediatric experience (preferred)

• CPR certification (preferred)

• Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered

• Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
