Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bedford, PA. As a BCBA, you will be working with our talented team to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adapting programs to meet individual client needs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication

• Provide ongoing training and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or on-track to obtain certification

• 1+ year of experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, procedures, and best practices

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
