Position: APP - PART TIME - Outpatient Primary Care (Eldred Health Center)

UPMC Cole is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Family Medicine CRNP or Physician Assistant to join our progressive primary care team at the Eldred Health Center in Eldred, PA . This is a 0.6 FTE position (24 hours/week) with part-time benefits package.
