Note: No travelers will be considered. Only candidates within a 30-minute commute are eligible.
Job SummaryThe Medical Assistant (MA) supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role focuses on patient preparation, clinical support, communication, and administrative assistance while contributing to patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients for examinations and procedures
Perform patient intake, interviews, and vital signs
Assist providers with clinical and technical tasks
Communicate effectively with patients and families
Support practice operations to meet patient satisfaction and performance goals
Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
Shifts vary based on operational needs and may include:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Additional Scheduling Requirements:
One evening shift per week is mandatory
Saturday shifts rotate approximately once every 5–8 weeks
Saturday hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Weekly schedules may vary day to day
Medical Assistant
EPIC EMR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Interview: In-person at the practice location
Training: Virtual EMR training (4 hours on Fridays)
