Certified Medical Assistant (MA)

Employment Type: Temp to Perm (based on practice needs and performance)
Location: Yardley, PA 19067

Note: No travelers will be considered. Only candidates within a 30-minute commute are eligible.

The Medical Assistant (MA) supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role focuses on patient preparation, clinical support, communication, and administrative assistance while contributing to patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

• Perform patient intake, interviews, and vital signs

• Assist providers with clinical and technical tasks

• Communicate effectively with patients and families

• Support practice operations to meet patient satisfaction and performance goals

• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times

Shifts vary based on operational needs and may include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Additional Scheduling Requirements:

• One evening shift per week is mandatory

• Saturday shifts rotate approximately once every 5–8 weeks

• Saturday hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Weekly schedules may vary day to day

• Medical Assistant

• EPIC EMR experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Interview: In-person at the practice location

• Training: Virtual EMR training (4 hours on Fridays)
