Job Responsibilities:

* Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

* Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.

* Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.

* Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

* Active PA massage therapist license

* Carry liability insurance.

* Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.

* Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!

* Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to recognize your talent, reward your performance, and support your success.

* Base Pay:
Earn a base rate of $20-$25 per 50-minute classic massage, based on your experience and skill level.

* Commissions & Upgrades:
Take advantage of our uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with every service. Upgrade commissions range from $3-$9, and our top-performing therapists typically earn an additional $10-$15 per hour through upgrades.

* Tips:
Enjoy generous tips averaging 18%-25% of the nonmember price. Tips are conveniently paid out directly to you via Zenoti, our secure digital partner. On average, therapists earn $20-$30 in tips per base service - and even more with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings:

* Full-Time Massage Therapists:
Our high-performing therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 per year, based on 30 service hours per week and individual performance.

* Part-Time Massage Therapists:
Our high-performing part-time therapists typically earn $33,000-$44,000 per year, based on 15 service hours per week
