Maintains clinical equipment through the effective use of the Medical Equipment Management Plan in compliance with the Joint Commission Standards. Performs a variety of routine tasks associated with the installation, preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of a limited scope of stand‑alone biomedical equipment under guidance and direct supervision. May also coordinate vendor maintenance activities. Demonstrates basic knowledge of the job, activity or function and requires supervision or mentoring on advanced assignments.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATION(S)
- Associates degree in Biomedical, Electronics Technology or related field/military training or two(2) years of additional experience required.
- One (1) year of related experience required.
- Must currently possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
