Our large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Scientist to join their growing Bioanalytical Discovery and Development Sciences group in Spring House, Pa. The Bioanalytical Discovery and Development Sciences (BDDS) organization develops, validates, and conducts bioanalytical sample analysis across R&D portfolios from discovery through development. We are looking for a dedicated scientist to design and perform cellular immunogenicity assays within BDDS for projects spanning all modalities and therapeutic areas from nonclinical studies to post-market clinical development.
Other responsibilities include:
- Performs method development, validation, GLP/GCLP bioanalysis and reporting for various cellular immunogenicity assays including ELISpot, multiplex Fluoro Spot, multi‑parametric flow cytometry to assess preclinical and clinical safety and efficacy of various modalities and programs including ADCs, gene therapy, cell therapy, therapeutic vaccines, siRNA, therapeutic antibodies, etc.
- Promotes assigned project activities through hands‑on data generation, QC and data analysis.
- Utilizes advanced computer software packages to collect, analyze, and interpret cellular immunogenicity data.
- Sets priorities for experimental work to ensure adequate progress of team projects and objectives.
- Ensures laboratory productivity as well as compliance with good laboratory practices and other regulatory guidelines.
- MS or Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology or related fields.
- 2 years of mammalian cell culture experience
- Experience with processing human and/or animal tissues
- Aseptic techniques and familiarity with BSL2 safety practices
$85,000-$100,000 (flexible based on experience)
HoursMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hiring MethodMultiyear contract – After 1 year on contract, the individual will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or have their contract renewed for another year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
