• Oversee the performance and effectiveness of the billing department and its associates
• Monitor associates' time, attendance, productivity, and quality assurance reviews
• Manage daily workflows and identify trending issues to develop training or processes
• Conduct team huddles to address new training focuses and encourage team development
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliant billing and timely account reviews

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Billing processes
• Ability to manage associate time and approve timecards for payroll
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel

• Experience with revenue cycle management software or tools
• Ability to travel occasionally for client integrations
• Previous supervisory experience in a billing or revenue cycle department
