$1,000 sign‑on bonus is valid for applicants effective 1/1/2025. The bonus is paid in two increments: $500 after 500 hours and $500 after 1,000 hours, provided the caregiver is active, meets an 85% electronic visit verification, and is eligible. Bonuses are paid within 30 days after eligibility. New and returning caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home since before 1/1/2024 are eligible;

transfers from companies in the Help at Home portfolio are not eligible.
