We're excited to welcome passionate therapists to our team and reward you from day one. We are offering an option for a sign-on bonus of $7,500 that is paid in full during your first pay - as a thank-you for bringing your care and expertise to our patients.

• Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations
• Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Foster long‑term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well‑being
• Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, the benefits of rehab and more
• Uphold a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor
• Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team that works together to make a real difference in the lives of their patients

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with the senior population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A teamwork‑driven and positive approach to all interactions
