Evansville, IN (full‑time, 30 hours per week) with a pay range of $31‑$35 per hour.
Health Pro Heritage is a full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity located inside a 125‑bed assisted living facility, part of a three‑story community in downtown Evansville with lots of nearby attractions.

- Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
- Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self‑care techniques.
- Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, software, and electronic health record systems, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
