Caregiver III; Part-Time

At White Oak Home Care LLC we provide our clients care that allows them to retain autonomy and dignity within the comfort of their own home. We train our staff to accommodate each of our clients specific needs and to maintain their desired lifestyle. We strive to help our clients safely prosper in the abode they are accustomed to, in close proximity to family and friends.

• Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• Assist with serving/preparing meals for clients.
• Encourages clients to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting the client’s right to free choice and records and reports changes in resident’s eating habits to the supervisor.
• Initiates and participates in leisure activities and encourages clients to socialize and participate in planned activities.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for clients; performs general light housekeeping; and follows cleaning schedules for clients laundry, bedrooms, dining area, living space, bathrooms, kitchen, and other areas.
• Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.
• Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
• Flexible work schedules available to accommodate school and other job schedules.
• Training and continued education will be provided upon and after the date of hire.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance
• Complete background check
• Must be over 18 years old
• Must have minimum 5+ years experience or CNA License
