Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and provide quality care as their needs change.
- Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may require assuming the role of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing requirements.
- Assist in supervision of community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training. Manage associate schedules.
- Oversee and manage continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community. Conduct periodic Care Associate medication skill inventory checks and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Share on‑call duties as required.
- Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and minimum of 1‑2 years relevant experience.
- LPN or LVN license.
