Occupational Therapist – Kadima Healthcare

Quaint, 37‑bed facility located off routes 309 and 80 outside Hazleton City limits. Kadima at Luzerne and Kadima at Lakeside provide personalized, resident‑centered care. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative services to our residents and join our dynamic, family‑centered team.

• Optimize patients’ physical abilities and skills by assisting with screening protocols.
• Implement treatment plans for all assigned patients.
• Deliver treatment to achieve identified objectives according to the established treatment plan.
• Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate patient status and needs to the patient and the patient’s family.
• Expand and enhance clinical expertise and professional management skills through interaction with managers and other professional staff.
• Comply with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols and embrace the team concept and interdisciplinary care.

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.
• Graduate of an NBCOT‑approved school for Occupational Therapy.
