• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care within your scope of practice, following established clinical standards
• Assist with patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals
• Collaborate closely with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery

• Active Physical Therapist license in PA
• Current BLS certification
