Spa Therapists & Hairdresser - Winter Season Falls Creek

Traverse Alpine Group is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for Spa Therapists and Hairdressers for the Winter Season of 2026 at Falls Creek. In these seasonal roles, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality beauty and wellness services in a stunning alpine setting. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests, helping them relax and rejuvenate during their winter escape.

• Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, as well as hair care services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Consult with guests to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services based on their preferences.
• Create a soothing and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Promote and retail beauty products to guests to enhance their maintenance routines.
• Document and maintain accurate records of treatments provided to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Hairdresser in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in various spa and hair services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in beauty therapy and/or hairdressing.
• Willingness to work during the peak winter season, including weekends and holidays.
