Overview
STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
The Program Manager provides comprehensive program management leadership and oversight in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division programs under the CPASS Task Order. This role is responsible for managing non-personal professional, administrative, technical, and management support services that enable NSWC Crane to deliver critical capabilities and operational support to the warfighter. The Program Manager ensures successful execution of program, administrative, security, and data management services supporting mission areas including Global Deterrence and Defense, Special Warfare and Expeditionary Systems, and Spectrum Warfare Systems.
Responsibilities- Provide overall program management support for base-wide CPASS Task Order activities at NSWC Crane.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee contractor support services including:
- Program management and administrative support
- Reception, meeting, and training coordination
- Facilities, safety, and security support
- Data management and database administration
- Quality management and process execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and Government stakeholders.
- Ensure all contract requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics are met in accordance with the Task Order.
- Manage project schedules, resources, staffing, and priorities to support mission-critical programs.
- Oversee creation, maintenance, and management of data, reports, and program documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and NSWC Crane policies, procedures, and security requirements.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Support program reviews, briefings, and coordination meetings with Government leadership.
- Ensure personnel assigned to the Task Order possess the appropriate skills, training, and clearances required to support NSWC Crane projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of X years of experience in program or project management supporting DoD or Federal Government contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional teams providing administrative, technical, and management support services.
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, program management, and support service environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a mission-critical environment.
- Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Experience supporting NSWC, Navy, or similar warfare center environments.
- Familiarity with data management systems, quality management processes, and security support functions.
- Experience supporting programs related to defense, expeditionary systems, or spectrum warfare.
