We are looking for a Treasury Analyst Intern to join our Group Treasury team in Bucharest.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to cash management, bank account administration and treasury reporting within a multinational company operating in the payment industry
.

If you are analytical, detail‑oriented, and interested in finance and treasury, this could be your ideal starting point.

• Prepare and update daily cash positions across multiple entities and currencies
• Contribute to short‑term cash flow forecasts
• Monitor FX exposures and maintain exposure reports
• Participate in intercompany funding calculations and treasury transfers
• Ensure accuracy between ERP systems, TMS, and banking platforms
• Contribute to liquidity and Free Cash Flow reporting
• Monitor Treasury P&L drivers (FX impact, interest, bank fees)
• Participate in regulatory and internal reporting processes
• Maintain bank account documentation and trackers
• Update treasury systems (SAP, TMS, banking portals)
• Coordinate KYC and compliance documentation
• Work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Audit teams
• Contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives

• Final year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or related field
• Good understanding of the finance organization role in a company
• Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Previous internship in Finance / Banking
• Knowledge of SAP or Treasury Management Systems
• Interest in treasury or fintech
