Tax Manager – U.S. Compliance & Provision - Up to $140k + bonus

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is hiring a Tax Manager to join its corporate team. Reporting to the Global Tax Director, this role will lead U.S. income tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision processes while partnering with external advisors and cross-functional teams across a large international footprint. Looking for someone with 5+ years in US Corporate Tax or 4 years in public accounting.

• Own U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, including managing and reviewing returns prepared by external advisors
• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations under ASC 740 (current and deferred)
• Research and document U.S. GAAP tax accounting matters (ASC 740 & ASC 450)
• Oversee U.S. sales & use tax compliance and support indirect tax matters
• Support U.S. tax audits, notices, and interactions with taxing authorities
• Assist with cash tax forecasting and tax planning initiatives
• Monitor U.S. tax law changes and assess impacts on compliance and provision
• Support global tax projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

• 5+ years of U.S. corporate tax and tax accounting experience (public accounting or corporate environment)
• Experience with tax research tools (CCH, RIA) and tax/accounting systems (OTP, Corp Tax, One Stream, Oracle preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s in Tax and/or CPA preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
