Sr Tax Analyst

As a Sr Tax Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tax compliance and planning activities. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Your expertise will help optimize our tax strategies and minimize risks, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

In this role, you will impact the company's tax position by ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and providing valuable insights on tax-related matters. Your work will help Honeywell maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations, avoid penalties, and support strategic business decisions.

• Analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Prepare and review tax returns and supporting documentation
• Identify tax planning opportunities and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax planning initiatives
• Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with tax software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
