• Prepare and review US federal and state partnership income tax returns for Clean Energy operations
• Support quarterly reporting to investors, ensuring compliance with ASC
  740
• Conduct technical research and quantitative analysis for tax planning projects
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes related to clean energy grants and incentives
• Support transaction reviews, including documentation and financial model assessments

• 1-2 years of experience in partnership tax with a national accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax;
  Master’s degree/CPA is a plus
• Strong curiosity to learn and apply complex tax concepts with a business-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven self-management skills and ability to handle evolving priorities in a dynamic environment

• Experience with maintaining partner tax capital accounts and adjustments, such as section 704(c) and section 743
• Interest in further developing expertise in partnership tax through M&A and renewable investment transactions
• Familiarity with state tax exposure
