Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

A publicly traded global manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead finance for a $60M industrial manufacturing division. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with full ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, cost accounting, and financial controls
, partnering closely with operations, engineering, and commercial leadership.

• Own financial performance, reporting, and controls for a manufacturing business
• Lead cost accounting, margin analysis, inventory, and variance analysis
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and cash management
• Partner with Operations and Engineering on pricing, bids, and contract reviews
• Ensure strong SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Act as a change agent driving process and performance improvements
