What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop and manage financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning.
- Deliver variance analysis and insights on actuals versus forecast/budget to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards that track financial and operational performance across departments.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand objectives, manage budgets, and provide financial guidance.
- Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficient in advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Experience in e‑commerce or retail finance.
- Familiarity with financial reporting software and business intelligence tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in developing dashboards and performance tracking tools.
