PEN - Financial Analyst

• Analyze and monitor ongoing benefit plan performance, including financial modeling, budgeting, claim projections, benchmarking, and monthly reporting

• Manage complex client accounts and projects, including premium equivalent calculations, regulatory fee calculations (e.g., PCORI), and stop-loss market reviews and renewals

• Support client service delivery and new business efforts by leveraging financial tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and vendors

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  Life & Health License preferred

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $107K to 120K per year.
