* Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Solid experience in financial reporting and GAAP compliance
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion Enterprise
- Strong business acumen and partnership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle audits: internal, external, SOX, and tax
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to relocate and travel 15%-20%
- High energy with attention to detail and strong work ethic
