• Build and manage relationships with financial advisors to promote investment products and services
• Develop and implement a business plan for the territory, tracking progress against defined objectives
• Maintain expertise in capital markets and investment management industry trends
• Coordinate sales support activities and client meetings in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure accurate records of activities in the CRM database

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the investment management industry; 5+ years in intermediary distribution preferred
• Experience working with wirehouse, regional, and independent financial advisors
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key performance objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree and relevant certifications (CIMA, CAIA, CFA) are a plus

• Experience with CRM systems
• Professional designations such as SIE, Series 7, 66 or SIE, 7, 63, 65 licenses
• Strong executive presence and effective presentation skills
• Characteristics reflecting curiosity, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to develop and prioritize best practices for territory management
