• Develop strategies to improve payment-processing efficiency and reduce operational risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure enhancements to the payments platform
• Create automated monitors to detect anomalies and potential fraud
• Conduct investigations into payment-related issues and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain detailed documentation of payment processes and mentor others on these procedures

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar role within the fintech, banking, or payments industry
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software for data analysis and reporting (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH and card networks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another analytical field

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and AML
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment
