Are you passionate about finance and eager to make a difference in people's lives? If you have a year or two of experience in financial services and hold licenses such as Series 7, Series 66, and Series 65, we invite you to join our team as a Junior Wealth Strategist at Creative Capital Wealth Management Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide internal sales support, engage directly with clients, and grow into a full‑fledged Wealth Strategist within a year or two.
Compensation- Salary Range: $100,000 OTE (base + bonus potential)
- Bonus potential: 5‑20% of base salary to end‑of‑year earnings.

- Collaborate with the Senior Wealth Strategist to develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, considering their goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, and tax optimization strategies.
- Provide internal sales support for other advisors in the firm, assisting with client presentations, proposal preparation, and investment research.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on financial plans and investments, and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments based on changing market conditions and client objectives.
- Coordinate preparing and submitting new account setups and investment transactions using Docupace.
- Use data analysis to find ways to better serve all clients and help the business grow.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client education seminars and workshops on various financial topics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in wealth management to ensure the delivery of high‑quality service to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services.
- Series 7 license required.
- Series 65, 66, and 6 insurance license is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
