We are looking for a very well-qualified and winning personality to fill the position as Manager, Corporate Finance, either with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your strong awareness incorporaración quality and your passion for Corporate Finance will allow you to quickly integrate into our team. Your area of responsibility will include advising clients from various industries and of various sizes, and will include the following activities in particular:

  • Execution and management of Financial Due Diligence mandates (buy-side and sell-side) with a focus on analyzing a company's earnings, assets, and financial position
  • Preparing business reports, analyses, and sound decision-making bases with strong accounting expertise
  • Analyzing annual financial statements, business models, business plans, and forecasts, as well as assessing accounting issues (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, OR)
  • Preparing structured reports and compelling presentations to clearly present the results
  • Drafting professional customer offers and documentation in German and English
  • Collaboration in the development of financial models, scenario analyses, and company valuations
  • Leading project teams and coordinating Due Diligence processes in interdisciplinary settings

In addition, you will engage in dialog with demanding clients, build long-term relationships, and actively contribute to the further development of our Financial Due Diligence and Financial Expert Opinions.

What you Offer

You have several years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Due Diligence, and accounting-related consulting, and you have a very good master's degree in Banking & Finance, business administration, or a related field. Your skills include, in particular:

  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance with a focus on Financial Due Diligence and the preparation of Financial Expert Opinions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting contexts and financial statement analysis
  • Experience in financial modeling, analysis of business models and business plans, cash flow structures, and company valuations
  • Ideally, industry experience in the energy sector (e.g., utilities, renewables, infrastructure)
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and platforms (LSEG Data & Analytics, Mergermarket, Pitchbook, etc.)
  • Structured, precise working style and high quality awareness
  • Interest in creating thought leadership (studies, publications, Linked In posts, etc.) sacrificed
  • Respectful manners, social skills, and a sense of plans
  • Very good communication skills with excellent written and spoken German and English
