A boutique consulting firm with a growing footprint across Europe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Paris-based team. The firm specialises in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and works with clients to improve financial and operational performance through technology-enabled transformation.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in financial consolidation and CPM/EPM implementations. You’ll be part of a collaborative delivery team, contributing to projects that help clients optimise their planning, reporting, and consolidation processes using leading CPM tools.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Support the delivery of finance transformation projects focused on consolidation and performance management
• Work closely with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Participate in workshops, solution design, and implementation activities
• Configure and enhance CPM tools to meet client needs
• Assist in testing, documentation, and user training
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, IT, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the consulting team

Required:

• Experience in financial consolidation and performance management processes
• Hands-on involvement in CPM/EPM projects, ideally within a consulting or systems implementation environment
• Familiarity with tools such as CCH Tagetik, SAP BFC, One Stream, Pigment, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of finance and reporting workflows
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, with flexibility for hybrid working
