• Serve as a financial advisor to Web3 clients across jurisdictions.
• Build and implement financial processes, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Advise on fundraising, tokenomics, treasury, and liquidity strategy.
• Ensure compliance across accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements (global).
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Produce thought leadership and brief clients on Web3 financial trends.
• Support internal finance (budgeting, reporting, cash flow) as needed.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting/risk (consultancy, fintech, or Web3).
• Expert understanding of digital assets, blockchain, and Web3 market structure.
• Proven track record with international, multi‑jurisdiction clients.
• Strong grasp of Swiss and global digital‑asset regulations.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CFA, ACA, CAIA, or equivalent).
• Advanced English; additional languages a plus.
