Financial Planning Analyst | Healthcare Company | Switzerland
A leading healthcare group is seeking a financial planning analyst to join its growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior auditor looking to move into industry or for a controller/analyst seeking broader exposure within a dynamic environment.
Sitting at the centre of the business, the position offers wide-ranging exposure across financial reporting and analysis, operations, strategy, and performance management.
- Support the organisation with high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial statements.
- Perform financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data.
- Develop ad hoc reports and conduct detailed data analysis using ERP systems.
- Apply advanced Excel skills for business modeling and scenario analysis.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes.
- Travel occasionally within Switzerland for meetings and training.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage.
- Solid experience in finance or audit; exposure to the healthcare/medical/hospital sector is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to develop ad hoc reports.
- Advanced Excel modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Highly analytical, detail‑orientated, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
