• Oversee tellers and their transactions at the branch
• Coach, develop, and educate team members
• Handle branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
• Promote the bank’s services and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain vault cash and coin, ensuring cash limits are not exceeded
• Serve as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization

• Minimum 2+ years of banking experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior leadership experience in the banking industry
