• Engage with Clients:
  Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their business needs. Prepare complex individual and entity tax returns and offer consultative guidance.
• Take Ownership:
  Deliver tailored, strategic tax planning and compliance services. Provide leadership in handling client portfolios.
• Ensure Quality:
  Review and prepare tax returns, conduct tax projections, respond to tax notices, and assist with special projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Lead and Mentor:
  Share your expertise by coaching junior staff, overseeing technical work, and supporting their professional development.
• Contribute to Growth:
  Develop new business opportunities and identify ways to enhance value for existing clients.
• Stay Current:
  Conduct regular tax research, remain up to date with legislative changes, and lead internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• You have 7+ years of experience in public accounting, focusing on tax.
• You are a licensed CPA.
• You demonstrate strong technical proficiency, leadership, and client service skills.
• You are detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple client engagements effectively.
