About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst is passionate about FP&A and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to provide financial insight, guide strategic decision-making, and support key initiatives that directly influence our P&L.
You’ll bring a balance of analytical rigor, business curiosity, and communication skills — helping the team understand the key levers that drive growth, profitability, and cash flow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build scalable financial processes, collaborate with diverse teams, and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
- Support monthly forecast updates and reviews with an extreme focus on identifying, quantifying, and understanding key variables of change; repurchase, AOV, SPS, & others
- Contribute to company-wide budgeting and long-range planning
, partnering with stakeholders to align forecasts with strategic goals. - Support preparation of board materials, fundraising documents, diligence requests, and other investor-facing deliverables.
- Partner with Corporate G&A teams (Tech, People, Legal, Finance, and others) to analyze operating costs and support annual planning, forecasting, and ad hoc modeling.
- Manage corporate expense consolidation and enhance cash forecasting for Curology entities.
- Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and drive decision-making across functions.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or Consulting.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you love a clean, dynamic model).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to distill complex financial topics into clear insights and recommendations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in digital health, direct-to-consumer, or consumer technology industries.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Net Suite, Workday, or Adaptive Planning.
- Strong interest in leveraging data to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency.
