Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in financial planning and hold the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
. This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans, manage investment portfolios, and provide ongoing financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients  short- and long-term goals.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, risk management, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
  • Provide personalized investment recommendations and portfolio management strategies.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts and guide them through complex financial decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and financial planning best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of financial planning experience in a private firm or wealth management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, tax planning, and risk management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
