  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and expand your network within established markets
  • Products and Services Consultation: Educate clients on financial products and services and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Client Service and Implementation: Analyze and organize client data, maintain confidentiality, prepare and implement products and services

Skills & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

  • Communication Skills: excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence
  • Mindset: entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives

  • Work Authorization: must be authorized to work in the United States
Training & Development
  • FINRA Sponsorship: provided for required FINRA licensing
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): comprehensive 120-day hands-on training

    Coaching:

    guidance from a local Vice President to assist you throughout your journey

  • Sign-On Payment: based on time to complete FINRA licenses and enter PEP
  • Base Salary: annual salary for eligible financial professionals
  • Commissions and Bonus: eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to base salary
