- Provide professional, attentive service to guests, acknowledging, greeting, and engaging with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
- Verify and substantiate table transactions, providing signatory validations as required.
- Inform supervisors of game progress, disputes, issues, suspicious activity, and substantial play.
- Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games and all associated assets, including currency, chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
- Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and established business processes.
- Promote and maintain open, clear, and effective two-way communication with all related departments and supervisory staff.
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Interact with team members and other departments in a professional, positive manner to foster strong rapport, teamwork, and effective cross-department communication.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and ensure dealers are properly briefed.
- Issue complimentaries in accordance with company internal controls.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
