Weis Markets - - - Responsibilities:
Directs the flow of customers through the Front End and ensures sufficient checkouts to minimize wait time.;
Monitors the performance of cashiers and lot attendants and provides feedback to management.;
Operates front-end scanning equipment and register and performs checkout procedures.;
Maintains accuracy during transactions and enforces cash control procedures.;
Participates in training/retraining of front-end associates to ensure productivity, speed, accuracy, and courtesy.
