Responsibilities
  • Promote the facility, services, programs and events while interacting with Marketing, Table Games, Slots, Public Relations and casino guests.
  • Build customer database and player loyalty through recruitment and retention techniques including actively recruiting new members for the rewards.
  • Player retention through the use of direct mail and telemarketing, inactive player reactivation, hosting parties and participation in promotions, special events, gaming tournaments along with acting as a liaison between players and the Marketing Department.
  • Build loyalty to Ameristar through frequent communication to players assigned by phone, email or mail.
  • Meet and greet players who are playing on the casino floor; handling their requests where needed and appropriate.
  • Develop and implement business plans for each quarter targeting these high-end players who are considered prospects, fading or inactive.
  • Host assigned players at events and parties held for them on and off property.
Requirements
  • High school required; college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years high volume customer service or 3 years of casino marketing or sales experience.
  • Strong problem solving, mediation and listening skills
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Must be a self‑starter and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
