Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Diagnoses and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment.
- Performs routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications.
- Diagnoses and repairs all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system.
- Installs, removes, and modifies slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play.
- Generates computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required.
- Assists with guest service problems and inquiries.
- Serves in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician, as needed.
- Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.
- Demonstrates abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics.
- Ensures interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the customer service program.
- Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
- High School Diploma/GED;
Associate’s/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
- Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
- Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
- Must have the ability to write reports.
