ResponsibilitiesThe casino services representative greets and answers inquiries from guests in both the promotions booth and admissions areas. They are responsible for issuing complimentaries, promoting and issuing screen test/marquee cards, and coordinating dinner reservations or transportation needs.
- Provides general information about Hollywood Casino and answers inquiries from guests
- Retrieves table games ratings and utilizes patron response functions
- Utilizes casino computer system to redeem star points for guests
- Assists guests with special needs
- Communicates marketing program including, star point value and issuance of promotional items
- Monitors inventory of promotional items and notifies the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder
- Makes restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable
- Operates Coat Check
- Leads property tours, as needed
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 lbs
